The M.A.R.K.E.T. Trail is a community-driven farmers market network designed to connect local growers, gardens, and small farms directly to neighborhood residents. Instead of one central market, the trail creates multiple market stops across the ward 8 community, making fresh food more accessible where people already live. Through coordinated mapping, Produce Perks access, and neighbor-to-neighbor ride sharing, the system removes common barriers to reaching healthy, local food. Each stop reflects the culture, creativity, and identity of the growers and neighborhood it serves. Starting the third week in August, September and October.
